My INSANITY program FINALLY came this evening. I was so ready to rip it open and start. So, I started with my Fit test and although I did better than I thought I would, I was still disappointed with my results. I guess there's only up to go from here :-)
Here are my results:
Fit Test 1:
Switch Kicks- 45
Power Jacks- 48
Power Knees- 81
Power Jumps- 28
Globe Jumps- 8
Suicide Jumps- 12
Push-up Jacks- 17
Low Plank Oblique- 33
Oh my gosh, the fit test was exhausting! Tomorrow morning I'm running 3 miles with friends and then it's Plyo tomorrow evening. Hopefully the motivation stays for the entire 60 days.



You did faar better than I would, I need to step up on my workouts, my gym membership is going to waste right now.
